Brian R. Dunn
Managing Partner - Services & Contracts

Mr. Dunn manages and supervises all contract-related services for The Winvale Group. Under his direction, Winvale has successfully negotiated and managed hundreds of GSA Schedule contracts for companies of all sizes throughout North America and Europe. His comprehensive knowledge of the General Services Administration has resulted in Winvale’s 100 percent proposal approval rate.
Mr. Dunn graduated from James Madison University with a dual major in history and management. He went on to work at ITM Associates, a software company based in Northern Virginia, where he helped the company navigate through sales to the government, develop licensing agreements and protect intellectual property rights. His expertise was enhanced by his work at a leading government contract consultancy, where he developed, maintained and marketed GSA Schedule contracts, along with state and local procurement vehicles for many of the Fortune 1000 corporations.

Kevin E. Lancaster
Managing Partner - Operations, Strategy & Finance

Mr. Lancaster leads Winvale’s operations, strategy, and finance building on his solid business acumen—and a nimble, entrepreneurial perspective. Before co-founding The Winvale Group, he served as an officer with SunTrust, where gained in-depth experience in procurement while assisting government contractors by addressing their critical financial issues.
Mr. Lancaster’s approach to business took shape at the University of Maryland, where he worked at the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, a world-class “think tank” for enterprise creation. Today, he leverages his business-building knowledge with Winvale’s diversified client base of emerging small businesses and multinational corporations. Mr. Lancaster is currently serving as the President of the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council (CRTC).

David I. Sonde
Managing Partner - Sales & Marketing

In leading Winvale’s sales and marketing activities, Mr. Sonde brings to his role a wealth of diverse experience at startup companies and global leaders in the consumer products and software industries.
Mr. Sonde’s background includes marketing positions with the Nabisco Corporation and the Washington Capitals ice hockey team. He has also worked for several Northern Virginia software companies as well as a leading government contracting consultancy. Mr. Sonde received a business degree in marketing and management from Ithaca College.
