Candidates Must Have:

Additional Candidate Attributes:

  • At least 3 years experience selling business-to-business or business-to-government.
  • Success selling to new accounts and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Track record of crushing sales quotas.
  • Professional skills include time management, listening, and relationship selling.
  • Presentation skills in both face-to-face and teleconference meetings.
  • In competitive situations, the ability to communicate value and key differentiators in the selling process.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate sales through prospecting, networking, marketing activity, relationship management, and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed revenue/quota goals (monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Travel estimated at 5-10%.

Compensation:

Winvale offers competitive base + annual compensation with potential to earn much higher than base, if targets are met (there is no cap). We are looking for web savvy Marketing Coordinator to our award-winning B2G consulting and advisory firm.
This key member of our team will be responsible for implementing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and adoption of all Winvale products and services.
You should be a highly focused individual that’s detailed oriented and enjoys all aspects of generating new leads and nurturing existing customers.
This role reports directly to Winvale Chief Marketing Officer.
What you’ll likely need to succeed

  • Working knowledge of demand generation by using marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp and Marketo
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented
  • The ability to think tactically and support marketing plans
  • At least 3 years’ work experience, post-university
  • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations
  • A fun, creative approach, an energetic and a “willing to do whatever it takes” attitude
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty with the day-to-day aspects of marketing and marketing operations

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage email and content marketing plans
  • Develop messaging used for marketing content to accelerate the buying process by improving conversion rates
  • Plan and execute campaigns through multiple channels including email, content marketing, events, SEO, SEM, social media and advertising.
  • Collaborate on top-level messaging and positioning for products and solutions that highlight our value and differentiation
  • Oversee all marketing automation efforts
  • Create and manage ongoing drip/nurture campaigns to move prospects through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Measure, track and analyze campaign inputs and results to understand what works and how to improve. Report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Create elegant and compelling marketing collateral for sales presentations and other prospect-facing communications – developed internally/externally through our agency.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for updating digital content on website and social media sites assuring accuracy and value to the customer.

Qualified Applicants will have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with computer and design applications including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud & HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with digital marketing including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, HootSuite and Website Management.

Are you a top sales producer looking to maximize your income potential and join a growing industry?  We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Richmond, VA office and market our professional services to commercial companies looking to enter into or expand their federal government market. The right candidate will have experience selling to C-Level executives and decision makers.  Experience and understanding of the federal government market is not required, but a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be reaching out to potential clients to sell our professional services to companies interested in selling into the government marketplace. Candidates should be excited about making 75 calls a day, qualifying and establishing relationships with prospects, and moving them through the sales cycle.  Key responsibilities will include internet research and lead generation, develop target accounts and initiate the sales process, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and make warm introductions to the Sales Director.
Qualified applicants will have:

  • Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills;
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Strong cold calling and appointment setting skills;
  • Ability to understand and find the decision maker;

  • Sales experience, including retail, is preferred but not required;
