A founding partner of Winvale, Brian Dunn manages and supervises all professional services for company clients, among them business intelligence and market assessment, schedule maintenance, OIG audits, training, sales strategy and business development. Under Brian’s direction, Winvale has successfully negotiated and managed hundreds of GSA Schedule contracts for companies of many sizes and representing many industries. Brian’s expertise with GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule is the driver behind Winvale’s nearly perfect contract approval rate, and continues to power customer success.
Brian’s previous experience included navigating government contracts and licensing agreements, while protecting intellectual property rights for a Northern Virginia-based software company. He also served at a leading government contract consultancy, developing, maintaining and marketing GSA Schedule contracts, along with state and local procurement vehicles for a host of Fortune 1000 corporations.
Brian is a member of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and the American Bar Association (ABA). He is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelors degree in History and Business Administration.
Jeff Vittone joined Winvale as President in 2019. As a retired Air Force Veteran and seasoned executive specializing in federal contracting, Jeff brings experience leading teams of government contracting professionals and technology programs throughout several government agencies within the Department of Defense. Having also instructed government contracting courses for the Defense Logistics Agency, he brings a wide breadth of first-hand contracting knowledge to Winvale. While serving at DCMA Headquarters, Jeff was a contributing member of multiple high-level, cross-functional working groups at the DoD Enterprise Level that represented interests and positions concerning IT Systems, contracting/contract administration issues, associated data, business processes and business systems.
With a combined 28 years of experience as a warfighter, contracting officer, program manager, and corporate executive, Jeff has a strong knowledge of federal and defense contracting, and brings a unique and wide-ranging perspective to Winvale.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration with a minor in Federal Acquisitions, and holds a DAWIA Level III certification in Contracting from the Department of Defense.
Marcy Dausch has served as Senior Sales Director for Winvale since 2014. In this role she is often the first line of communication with Winvale’s clients, and can quickly understand a company’s needs to offer customized solutions. Working with contractors at all stages, from companies new to the government vertical to seasoned government contractors, she uses a consultative approach to provide education throughout the sales process.
With over 10 years in the industry, she is an expert in the GSA Schedules program and possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge and understanding of government contracting as a whole, pertinent areas of the FAR, the various methods and vehicles that foster success in government selling, the importance of teaming, a deep understanding of public information resources used to perform competitive analysis and discover federal opportunities, and also very importantly “she speaks government.”
Prior to joining Winvale, she held several sales positions focused mainly on the government contractor community.
Allison Sill joined Winvale in 2018 as Director of Marketing. In this role she develops and executes the marketing strategy for the organization. With a background in brand management and digital marketing, Allison manages Winvale’s digital presence and inbound strategy with a focus on driving awareness and generating leads. Allison works closely with both the sales team and the consulting department to create engaging campaigns and produce high-quality educational content about all things GSA and government contracting.
Prior to joining Winvale, she served as Marketing Manager for an association insuring independent resorts.
Allison is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature and maintains a Property & Casualty Producer License.
Scott joined Winvale as Sales Director in 2018. With over 25 years of account management, business development, and sales experience, Scott works closely with Winvale’s partners, clients, and potential new clients in building and nurturing strong and lasting professional relationships. Scott collaborates with the Winvale executive team in developing business development strategies and initiatives, focusing primarily on small to medium sized domestic companies that are seeking growth via the GSA Schedule procurement program.
Prior to joining Winvale, Scott had successful tenures in a variety of industries, including Wealth Management & Financial Planning, IT/Software solutions, and Professional Services consulting.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
John Abel joined The Winvale Group in 2017, originally working as a Consultant. He now serves as Director of Client Services. In addition to spearheading new projects and business processes within the consulting department, he has worked with numerous clients both in the areas of establishing GSA Schedule contracts, and assisting with compliance and maintenance for existing contracts.
Within his time at Winvale, John has leveraged his GSA contract consulting experience across an array of industries such as IT professional services and software, security and protection, professional services. He also works with clients participating in the VA FSS program in the areas of medical products, healthcare staffing, and medical laboratory analysis and testing.
John has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from James Madison University.
