APTIVE RESOURCES AWARDED TWO VETERAN’S AFFAIRS CONTRACTS
Aptive Resources, an SDVOSB federal consulting services company and Winvale client, recently won two contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Aptive Resources competed against six other companies to win these two large-scale contracts. The first contract supports the VA Customer Service Improvement Program and the second supports media campaign efforts for the Veterans Benefit Administration.
The contract for the Customer Service Improvement Program drew 7 bids and is a 5-year, $8 million award. The contract involves measuring customer satisfaction, customer site visits and engagement, activities to improve customer service, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, communication, data analytics, research and reporting.
Their second recent award is a 3-year $4 million contract to provide various media and campaign support services to the Veterans Benefit Administration. It was awarded using their GSA Professional Services Schedule.
Aptive Resources has experience working with VA on three other recent projects involving the ChooseVA initiative, MISSION Act implementation process, and a campaign dedicated to end Veteran homelessness.
Winvale helps Aptive Resources maintain their GSA IT70 and PSS Schedule contracts.
