Firms sufficient in supplying Command and Control, Intelligence, and providing Mission support areas to all elements of the Global Information Grid should thoroughly consider applying for the Encore III.
Encore III is a multi-billion dollar GWAC that will take off when Encore II ends in 2018. Those selected will be expected to provide global net-centric capabilities and attributes or services under multiple award, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts that support the military services, the DoD, and other Federal agencies.
Applying firms must be registered under the NAICS code 541519 – “Other Computer Related Services, with the corresponding size standard of $27.5 million”. Being a qualified, capable Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, or an 8(a) company is critical to being compliant with functional areas of the contract.
