With 74 locations and approximately 1,000 users throughout the U.S., The Department of Health and Human Services – OIG indicated to us that they needed a system to replace and automate their pen-and-paper process. They needed a web-based platform that would allow for access and communication with the central system from anywhere. They also needed the ability to customize the product on the fly to meet their specific needs.
Implementation of the Tracker Products system was quick and easy. Tracker installed the system on servers hosted by the HHS, trained a small group of administrators and a slightly larger group of Power-Users before moving ahead with the system launch as planned. HHS was able to handle the import of existing data on their own. No data import or system integration was required to get their tracking system up and running smoothly.
