Our CEO Brian Dunn was featured in a Corporate Counsel (Law.com) article this week covering firms who are offering crisis and political risk management as the Trump Administration makes changes. Brian shared that having to adapt to a change in policy is not new for our clients who have been around during past administrations, but the amount of Executive Orders in this administration has been a lot to keep up with.
“They’re used to this—the swing back and forth, the change in rhetoric and tone.”
Still, a flurry of executive orders signed by Trump this year—at least 205—has created some “head-spinning as to how they should pivot their federal brand,” said Dunn.
Brian also talked about how Winvale has assured clients Small Business Act would not be affected by Executive Orders such as the order removing DEI, but some changes in language have been made by clients on their contracts and public facing websites.
