Based on Industry Experience

Prior to starting Datasaur, our founder, Ivan Lee, had spent 10 years building AI products at several companies, including Apple. He experienced firsthand the pain points of data labeling projects, where the process often involves using a challenging combination of spreadsheets, open-source tooling, and clunky in-house tools. Combined with a strong belief in the NLP landscape, he founded Datasaur to focus on democratizing access to robust NLP platforms. Since then, Datasaur has served data science teams at institutions such as Google, Zoom, Stanford, and more, accumulating up to 72,000,000 labels applied and 60000 hours saved.
